Gary and Lucy Douglas are an established and trusted real estate team with extensive experience in the industry. With Gary boasting 25 years and Lucy 22 years in real estate, their individual strengths complement each other perfectly.

Their team includes Lauren adding a valuable dimension to their ability to market and negotiate properties, and bringing a friendly voice and expertise in customer relations to Team Douglas

Known for their ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, Gary and Lucy bring an easy-going manner and a good sense of humour to their tailored and highly effective marketing campaigns. They leverage a robust network of potential buyers, sharp negotiation skills, and excellent client communication, ensuring dedicated support from initial contact through to settlement and beyond.

Residing in the Albany village area, Gary and Lucy actively participate in their community and engage with local business owners. They also own a lifestyle block in Redvale, where Gary indulges in his passion for tending to extensive vegetable, flower gardens and Livestock

Outside of work, Gary and Lucy enjoy traveling whenever possible, both domestically and internationally, to reconnect with family and explore new destinations.

Lauren Cressy

SALES AND MARKETING CONSULTANT

Having worked in Personal Assistant roles for 8 years at Harcourts Cooper & Co, Lauren recently completed her Real Estate Licence papers and has now stepped into a Sales Associate role with Gary & Lucy.  She brings her real estate background, friendly voice and expertise in customer relations to Team Douglas.

Sharna Griffiths

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

As the Personal Assistant to Team Douglas, Sharna handles administrative tasks while also managing her own cake business. She applies her administrative skills and dedication to excellent customer service to her entrepreneurial venture.

Sharna’s experience showcases the impact of perseverance and diligence while bringing fresh ideas to the table for Team Douglas.

Jackie Parker

HARCOURTS ALBANY OFFICE MANAGER

Jackie Parker started her love affair with property at an early age and trained originally as an Interior Designer, having studied in England at the Chelsea School of Art and Design to obtain her qualifications. This naturally led her into working with developers in designing the interiors of their show homes in London’s Docklands and eventually working with clients on their coastal residences. From this platform she entered the world of Real Estate, dealing with both lifestyle and waterfront properties in the South East of England. When Jackie arrived on the shores of New Zealand it seemed an obvious career choice that her passion for property would best be nurtured by working with clients to find their dream homes, here on the North Shore. Her enthusiasm, honesty and integrity have ensured her success in this industry and her business has been based on relationships and referrals. After 11.5 years of successfully helping vendors and purchasers with their requests she is now working as Branch Manager for Albany Harcourts Cooper & Co
