Gary and Lucy Douglas are an established and trusted real estate team with extensive experience in the industry. With Gary boasting 29 years and Lucy 26 years in real estate, their individual strengths complement each other perfectly.

Known for their ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, Gary and Lucy bring an easy-going manner and a good sense of humour to their tailored and highly effective marketing campaigns. They leverage a robust network of potential buyers, sharp negotiation skills, and excellent client communication, ensuring dedicated support from initial contact through to settlement and beyond.

Residing in the Albany village area, Gary and Lucy actively participate in their community and engage with local business owners. They also own a lifestyle block in Redvale, where Gary indulges in his passion for tending to extensive vegetable, flower gardens and Livestock

Outside of work, Gary and Lucy enjoy traveling whenever possible, both domestically and internationally, to reconnect with family and explore new destinations.

Lauren Cressy

SALES AND MARKETING CONSULTANT

Lauren has 10 years experience working with Harcourts Cooper & Co – both in an administrative and marketing capacity, and more recently as a licensed sales agent – holding her Real Estate License since 2024.

Having previously worked marketing Luxury Lodges, and training teams in I.T. systems – she brings experience, broad knowledge, attention to detail, and people skills to your marketing campaign.

Stanley Zhang

Known for his results-driven approach and strong leadership, Stanley combines deep market knowledge with sharp commercial acumen to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he works seamlessly across a diverse client base, building enduring relationships grounded in trust, integrity, and discretion.

Beyond his professional work, Stanley is actively involved in the community, having served as a school board trustee and continuing to contribute as a dedicated sports coach, reflecting his commitment to making a positive and lasting impact.

Mark McGoldrick

HARCOURTS ALBANY SALES MANAGER

The bulk of Mark’s real estate career has been as a Senior Auctioneer, having called over 8000 auctions across more than a decade. Prior to becoming an auctioneer, Mark had careers in the banking and software industries, where he led and managed teams in both banks and technology companies.
Because the auctioneering fraternity within Harcourts are heavily involved throughout all stages of a sales campaign, Mark has established a formidable repertoire of experience complemented by that taken from his management roles.
Transcting real estate in Canterbury following the 2011 earthquakes was also an important period learning to deal with exceptions when selling property and during a sales campaign.
Mark is always looking to improve his leadership skills and tries to lead with empathy, respect and integrity, always putting the customer first while the same time supporting his team to the utmost.
