Born in the Hawkes Bay, Gary came to Auckland in ’87. Gary is passionate about helping people & is known to go above and beyond in assisting his clients with their real estate needs. Both Gary & Lucy have lived in the Albany village for over 30 years where they are actively involved with their community and its business owners. They also have a lifestyle block in Redvale running 100 sheep & 50 chickens where Gary likes to spend his spare time tending to large vegetable and flower gardens.

Hailing from the UK, Lucy came over to Auckland in ’94. Lucy has her Branch Manager qualifications having attained AREINZ status and previously worked in sales in Australia and property management in the UK. She is passionate about delivering market-leading real estate service with honesty and transparency. Together Gary & Lucy have four children & three grandkids, and love to travel when they have the time and to catch up with family here and overseas.

MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Lauren is an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Administrator. She brings her friendly voice and expertise in business systems and customer relations to Gary and Lucy and oversees the smooth running of day-to-day functions and team marketing. Lauren has two children and enjoys a good book and the outdoors.

As a highly successful real estate salesperson in his own right, ranking in the top 1% of Harcourts agents internationally, Travers’ hands-on understanding of the property market means he’s highly qualified when it comes to managing and mentoring the team of salespeople at Harcourts Cooper & Co Albany.
Travers’s leadership style focuses on a customer-first approach, valuing honesty and integrity above all else. He is dedicated to providing the team’s clients with the best experience possible when it comes to their real estate decisions, be it buying or selling. Coupled with his role as an award-winning auctioneer, Travers brings with him a strong set of negotiation skills – essential in this everchanging market.
When he’s not helping negotiate property deals, Travers can be found negotiating bedtime or bathtime with his two young kids – Florence and Alfie – who keep him busy outside of work!
